Step 1

Prepare and upload the file

Start with the provided template or your own appropriately structured Excel file. Upload it directly in the browser.

Select EUDAMED or FDA GUDID and validate the file automatically.

Step 2

Select the target system and validate

EUDAMED and FDA GUDID use different data structures and rules. The Validator checks the file against the selected target system.

No. The Validator checks the Excel file and provides findings for correction. Submission is then handled through a separately selected process.
Do I need an SAP system?

Can I upload my own Excel file?
Yes, provided the file has the structure expected for the selected validation. Alternatively, you can start with the provided template.
Can I download the results?
